What If I Need To Return My Item

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however in the event that you should want to return any of your items Andy's offers a returns policy for all our customers. All that we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us know what you are returning. We will accept the return of any UNUSED items within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are returned in their original packaging with all labels still attached and you have contacted us within 7 days of reciept. We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are unable to exchange or offer a refund unless a genuine reason is given. We can not be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in the post, so we suggest that items are packaged correctly and sent back to us via a secure and recorded delivery service. Please also include when returning, your name, address, contact details, reason for return. In the unlikely event of a defective product/wrong size, please follow the instructions above. As soon as the items have been recieved and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched, subject to stock availability. Items out of stock will be dispatched as soon as stock is available or a similar substitute sent in replacement. Any goods returned to us that are in a more than standard used condition, unsaleable condition, returned without notification, or not defective may either be rejected and returned to the customer, or a charge may be incured. Andy's judgement is final in this matter and you may be contacted in relation to this decision. Please note that all Returns must be sent back at the senders cost - We are unable to refund carriage and can only send replacements if available. Products returned which have been in a smoking environement and can be identified as such may be classed as unsaleable.

Delivery Of My Item

Andy's can dispatch items to virtually any address in the world. However, warranty issues, manufacturer restrictions and customs laws prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations.


Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Andy's shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.


Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you the customer on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.


Carriage will be charged on all deliveries and we reserve the right to increase this cost for unusually heavy items.
