We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however in the event that you should want to return any of your items Andy's offers a returns policy for all our customers.
All that we ask is that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order and let us know what you are returning. We will accept the return of any UNUSED items within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are returned in their original packaging with all labels still attached and you have contacted us within 5 days of reciept.
We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are unable to exchange or offer a refund unless a genuine reason is given.If an item has been purchased at a special price or offer then no refund or exchange will be accepted.
We can not be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in the post, so we suggest that items are packaged correctly and sent back to us via a secure and recorded delivery service.
Please also include when returning, your name, address, contact details, reason for return.
In the unlikely event of a defective product/wrong size, please follow the instructions above. As soon as the items have been recieved and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched, subject to stock availability. Items out of stock will be dispatched as soon as stock is available or a similar substitute sent in replacement.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on surplus items.
Any goods returned to us that are in a more than standard used condition, unsaleable condition, returned without notification, or not defective may either be rejected and returned to the customer, or a charge may be incured. Andy's judgement is final in this matter and you may be contacted in relation to this decision. Andy's will not pay for the return postage charge unless the item returned is faulty. Products returned which have been in a smoking environement and can be identified as such may be classed as unsaleable.
Standard postage costs are priced at GBP3.95 but this depends on the item(s) weight and will be highlighted accordingly. Next day - please contact us for a price. Please check that you have chosen the correct delivery method, we are not responsibly for delivery order errors, your order will be processed according to the method that you have chosen
Please complete the delivery details correctly as we are not responsible for loss of incorrectly addressed orders. Please check your confirmation email carefully and notify us immediatly of any errors. Please note that goods left by customers request (by either Mail or courrier) are done so at the customers own risk.
Next day delivery orders can be made over the phone on 02392 753108 but must be received before 12 noon and is only available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas) and an additional charge will be made . Next day is only available to Mainland UK residents.

We will use Royal Mail recorded for most deliveries and the dispatch time is generally within 48 hours.For larger items Yodel or similar will be used and for large heavy deliveries a freight service will be used.
In the unlikely you have not received the goods within 21 days of the date of order you must notify us immediately.
If you refuse acceptance of a delivery then any fees incurred by us due to the return of the consignment will be charged to the card used when you placed your order.If an order is returned due to non delivery or non collection and you ask us to re-send it then we will charge the same postage amount as paid with the original order.
No deliveries are made on UK Public Holidays.
We reserve the right to quote an additional amount for postage when sending heavy or bulky items,especially when sending outside the UK.Therefore in these circumstances we will contact you prior to us proceeding with the order.
It is your responsibility to make all reasonable efforts to enquire into the whereabouts of a despatched order and collect from any holding agent or customs department.Cards are usually left to advise of an attempted delivery,but this is not always the case.Postage charges cannot be refunded on orders returned to us as addressee incomplete or not called for.
We may suspend further supply or delivery,stop any goods in transit or terminate our contract by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable to pay your debts when then fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging bankruptcy or insolvency.Upon termination,your indebtedness to us becomes immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply goods to you.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control this includes without limitation strikes,lockouts and other industrial disputes.
November 2010 Following a recent incident with an improvised explosive device on a US bound aircraft, all packages to the US will be subject to stricter screening by US authorities. This could lead to delays in items being delivered to our customers in the US.
